EP Disc 07-2 , Double Side Dots Electroplated Diamond Blade for Marble Cutting
Application: For cutting various materials, like tiles, marble, granite, sandstone, ceramic, thermosetting plastics, glass reinforced plastic(GRP), pre-sintered and pre-fired (green) materials, electro carbons, graphite, soft ferrites, farinaceous products, pc boards, and etc.
Features: For they have very high concentrated diamonds rigidly bonded on the surface by nickel alloy and the diamond particles protrude from the bond. The nickel bond electroplated diamond cutting discs are particularly suitable for beginning cutting operation.
These electroplated diamond saw blades are designed to give a fast,smooth,chip-free and precise cut when working with softer stones including marble and travertine. It can also reduce extra work-time and money by preventing unnecessary chipping and cracking when dealing with softer materials.
